HOPE FOR A BETTER TOMORROW

***HOPE FOR A BETTER TOMORROW***

hope
/hōp/
noun
1.
a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

Hope is the belief things will work especially when it seems otherwise. It helps you stay calm and peaceful when something less than desirable emerges. Hope believes you will get through it. Hope remembers the times you made it through.

God says on hope;
Nehemiah 8:10 Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.

**Short Quotes About Hope**
“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.”

“There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope.”

“Let your hopes, not your hurts, shape your future.”

“I think it's a mistake to ever look for hope outside of one's self.”

We have seen so many movies by Marvel Studio and DC Comics superheroes and in their movies all these superheroes want to do is to give hope to the citizens even when the city is dying and the government seems not to care or help.

Hope is very important to mankind and as long as there is night and day you should never stop having hope for a better tomorrow. Today might be hard and dreams crippled but tomorrow can be better.

**EXAMPLES**
**Michael Faraday who today is the father of electricity also faced over 100 challenges and failed many times that many called him failure, but he had hope that one day his work will speak and never gave up.

**Leonardo da Vinci
Leonardo was an all-round genius. Not content with being a Renaissance artist and a visionary scientist, he also stands out as one of history's most brilliant engineers. Long before they were technically feasible, he invented the helicopter and the battle tank. He came up with designs for mechanical looms and hydraulic saws. He drew plans for submarines and robots. The list of his contributions to the world of engineering is virtually endless.

**Benjamin Franklin
As a founding father, Benjamin Franklin was one of the people who invented America! But the man now hailed as America’s first scientist was also a printer, an activist, a statesman and a diplomat—and above all a respected inventor and engineer. His legacy includes the lightning conductor, bifocal lenses, and, according to some, the first experiments in nanoscience.

**Nikola Tesla
No, he didn't invent the world's coolest electric car but Nikola Tesla was arguably the greatest geek who ever lived, always fixing things that weren't broken and coming up with amazing inventions in the process. We have him to thank for alternating current, the modern electric motor, remote controlled boats and, rumour has it, radar technology and wireless communications.

We also have Abraham Lincoln, Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga, Otedola, Obasanjo and a lot more who had hopes of becoming great and worked towards it.
Hope doesn't work when you keep hard work away and relax because hope is not magic, it is as a result of your hard work.

N.B.
It doesn't matter if you are from a rich home or poor home, education in a government school and private school has the same subjects and topics but how you choose to study matters. The only true difference between a poor kid and a rich one is just that one has a helping hand and the other had to work twice as much to get there.
If a rich kid reads for 1 hour to make it, a poor kid must learn to read a lot more than that. If the rich kid has no hope then he is only going to fail at the end and if the poor kid has hope he will succeed far more than the rich kids and get same job they will.

I have worked so much and been promised a lot only to get disappointed when am to receive but this won't kill my hope for a better tomorrow for my hope is not on man coming forth with their promises but from God who makes things come to pass. In the absence of hope comes sucide and many other disasters out there.

It doesn't matter how much you earn or how much is in your bank account, it can't give you JOY for JOY and HOPE is all we need to survive in life. Money is good but it's not satisfactory and it can't buy JOY and HOPE.

N.B.

Hope is rich in JOY not material things, for JOY is simply smiling in every situation and keeping your cool for a better day ahead. Never give up HOPE because the opposite of it is death.
